Quitting Tobacco

No two people are the same, and quitting is not the same for any two people.   There are many options ready for you,  if you’re thinking of quitting.  Tried before?  Most tobacco users try several times to quit before they really stay quit.  Remember – don’t quit trying until you’ve quit!

KickStart is a two hour, one session ‘crash course’ held in Minot, designed to give you the information, resources and motivation you need to quit smoking, vaping or chewing tobacco.
Counseling and support options include web-based, telephone and mobile, and can include a two-month supply of nicotine replacement products.
Baby & Me – Tobacco Free is a program to help pregnant women quit smoking or vaping, or even chewing. Moms who quit can receive $400 to spend on baby items!
My Life, My Quit™ is the free and confidential way to quit smoking or vaping.
