Health Tracks is a preventive health program for newborns up to age 21 who are eligible for the ND Medicaid Program.Services include:
- Physical assessment
- Counseling
- Hearing screening
- Vision screening
- Developmental testing
- Immunizations
- Dental screening
- Urinalysis
- Hemoglobin
- Lead testing (if applicable)
- Referrals
