Are you a TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, or WIC participant, or a foster parent?
Any foster parent, or any parent or guardian who receives benefits through WIC, SNAP, Medicaid, or TANF, qualifies for one seat per child per stage for a reduced cost of $30.00 ($5.00 for backless boosters). Qualifying parents must attend a First District car-seat education appointment to receive a seat. The appointment takes about an hour and includes information on the correct type of seat for the child and how to install it correctly. All seats are brand new and yours to keep.
