Vaping and the use of e-cigarettes has become an epidemic in the US and throughout the world. Here in North Dakota, about 1 in 3 high school students report that they currently use e-cigarettes. Use of e-cigarettes is included in the definition of smoking under North Dakota state law; consequently, vaping is not allowed anywhere smoking is prohibited.
