Click here to register.  Flu vaccination clinics are only held one time at each school.  Your student may be vaccinated any time during that school day. Paper forms are also available from the school.

Insurance will be billed for the flu vaccine.  If you don’t have insurance, you will be billed. $20.90.  Programs are available to help cover the cost.
