FOR STUDENTS WHO ATTEND THIS SCHOOL ONLY

Please note the vaccinations offered at this event will be those required and recommended for entry into 7th grade and 11th grade. If you are not sure what vaccinations are required please review the vaccinations we will be offering.

Your child may not need to attend this event if their immunization record is up to date. You can review and access your child’s immunization record through Docket. Access to Docket requires a free account. You can access Docket through the web browser or download the app from Google Play or the Apple Store.

Insurance will be billed.  If you don’t have insurance, you will be billed $20.90 per vaccine.  Programs are available to help cover the cost.

As of year 2026 First District Health Unit is out of network for Tricare and Cigna insurance.

Please check with other local clinics that accept Tricare or Cigna. If you still would like your child to receive vaccinations from First District Health Unit please call 701-852-1376 to schedule an appointment. Payment will be due at the time of service.

Register for vaccination clinic.  Vaccination clinics are only held one time at each school.  Your student may be vaccinated any time during that school day. Paper forms are also available from the school.
