The Partnership for Success Grant (PFS) Specialist is responsible for implementing the requirements and deliverables of the PSF grant as outlined in the Contract Deliverables/Scope of Work in the North Dakota Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) Partnership for Success (PFS) Project guidance.
