Partnership for Success Grant Specialist
First District Health Unit is hiring for the position of Partnership for Success Grant Specialist. The position is located in the Minot office and is not eligible for remote work. The Partnership for Success Grant (PFS) Specialist is responsible for implementing the requirements and deliverables of the PSF grant as outlined in the Contract Deliverables/Scope of Work in the North Dakota Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) Partnership for Success (PFS) Project guidance. The PFS project will address alcohol use by focusing on selective prevention efforts. View full job description and the Scope of Work for all the details. The PSF specialist will :
- Develop a coalition and collaborate with other key stakeholders to complete and submit a Community Needs Assessment
- Develop a data-driven strategic plan and review and revise annually
- Implement data-driven and evidence-based strategies as identified in the strategic plan
- Track implementation and report monthly
Some requirements of this position:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience conducting Community Needs Assessments and developing Strategic Plans
- Working knowledge of evidence-based prevention practices
- Previous experience with community engagement and project development
- Must provide own transportation for travel in the seven-county area (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Must be able to travel overnight occasionally
- Occasional work outside the normal workweek. Normal workday is 8:00 – 4:30 with 1 hour for lunch
