FREE Wellness Checks

The UND Center for Family Medicine and First District Health Unit are teaming up to offer FREE wellness checks, including sports physicals, for TGU students ages 11-18.  Download the required forms or contact TGU Towner or TGU Granville school office to pick up the packet.  For more information or to make an appointment, call Nancy or Yvonne at (701) 537-5732.
