Certain Child Care Centers are mandated by ND Administrative Code Chapters 75-03-10-18 or 75-03-09-18 to have an inspection performed by the Health Department. First District Health Unit inspectors licenses and regulates those facilities. Other Child Care facilities may be inspected upon request.
The kitchen and food operations are governed by the First District Health Unit Regulations for Food and Beverage Establishments. All other operations are governed by the First District Health Unit Rules and Requirements for Facilities.
