Optimal Pregnancy Outcome Program (OPOP)

This program is designed to help pregnant women make informed, healthy lifestyle choices for healthy babies.  Pregnant women of any age or income can participate, as long as they are under the care of a physician.  There is no cost to participate.  Monthly visits include:

Nursing Services


  • Health history
  • Health assessment
  • Lifestyle guidance
  • Risk avoidance
  • Pregnancy and child care education
Social Work Services


  • Social assessment
  • Explore options
  • Limited counseling
  • Referral to available resources
Dietitian Services


  • Nutrition assessment
  • Nutrition guidance
  • Breastfeeding information
  • Prenatal vitamins
