Flu vaccination clinics are only held one time at each school. The clinic may be held any time on the date listed. To register your student, click your school name in the table below and complete the online registration. Don’t wait – online registrations will close three business days before the clinic date. Paper registration forms are also available through the school office.
Insurance will be billed for the flu vaccine. If you don’t have insurance, you will be billed $20.90. Financial assistance programs are available to help cover the cost. Contact your local office for more information.
