Walk & Talk with FDHU Nursing Team

Join First District Health Unit’s nursing staff on Tuesday, May 26 from 12–1 pm for a 1-mile Walk & Talk focused on getting active and learning more about your health.

The walk will begin at Door A at noon. After the walk, participants are invited to tour Colleen the Colon and enjoy a free high-fiber snack.
