Vaccination Clinics at School

First District will be holding vaccination clinics at the schools listed below.  The vaccinations offered will be those required and recommended for entry into 7th grade and 11th grade.

School vaccination clinics are only held one time at each of the schools listed.  The clinic may be held any time on the assigned date.  To register your student, click your school name in the table below and complete the online registration. Please register as soon as possible! Online registrations will close 2 business days before the clinic.  Paper registration forms are also available through the school office.

Insurance will be billed.  If you don’t have insurance, you will be billed $20.90 per vaccine.  Financial assistance programs are available to help cover the cost.  Contact your local First District office for more information.

As of 2026 First District Health Unit is out of network for most Aetna, Tricare and Cigna insurance plans.  Please contact your insurance to find a covered provider near you.
