Community Wellness Event

FREE services, screening and resources for anyone in the community!  Market Place Foods gift cards for the first 30 attendees, and all will be entered into a drawing for a $250 gift card!  Public health and IHS will be present, and Spanish translation services will be available.  Immunizations will be available, either with insurance or through special programs for the uninsured.  All  services listed below are FREE!  No appointment needed – just come to the main office at 801 11th Ave SW in Minot between 3:00 – 6:00 Tuesday May 28th.
