CANCELLED: Bottineau KickStart Tobacco Cessation Class

This class has been cancelled.

KickStart is a two hour, one session ‘crash course’ designed to give you the information, resources and motivation you need to quit smoking, vaping or chewing tobacco.  A class will be held in Bottineau at the county courthouse on August 17 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.   You’ll get the skills and tools to conquer tobacco addiction, presented in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.   The class is facilitated by a former smoker who is now a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist.  She gets you!
