Nearly 90 percent of child car seats are used incorrectly, so your child’s car seats will be checked to be sure:\n\n\n\n\nIt has not been recalled.\nIt meets federal safety standards.\nIt is installed correctly.\nIt is appropriate for the child’s age, weight and height.\nThe child is properly secured in the seat.\n\n\nAll Checkups are held at:\nMinot Fire Station #1\n2111 10th ST SW, Minot ND\nEnter in the north garage doors\n\nAppointments preferred not required, to make an appointment call First District Health Unit at 701-837-5195. If leaving a message please leave the following information: number of seats to be checked, make and model of vehicle, ages of child(ren), brand and model of car seat and preferred time of check of scheduled date.
